Othantyr develops and provides AI agents and services based on artificial intelligence. In accordance with EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act):

• Any interaction with an AI system is clearly disclosed to the user.
• AI-generated content that may be mistaken for human-produced content is labeled as such.
• AI agent recommendations are intended to support human decision-making and do not replace qualified professional judgment.

Othantyr classifies its AI systems as "limited risk" under the AI Act.

Othantyr strives to keep the Website information up to date and accurate. Othantyr shall not be held liable for errors or omissions, damages resulting from unauthorized intrusion, or temporary unavailability.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Othantyr has no control over these sites.

Article 10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law.

For business customers (B2B): in the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris.

For consumers (B2C): consumers benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

Article 12. Right of withdrawal and digital products

In accordance with article L. 221-28 13. of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer.

Business customers (B2B) are not entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
